Affiliated Capital Corporation is a full service property management firm and real estate development company specializing in Tax Credit Housing. With more than 25 years of successful experience, ACC has developed more than 8,500 units in 12 states and currently manages more than 3,500 units. We also are the creators of ACCUCert, the industry's leading tax credit compliance software.

ACC is committed to professionalism in the property management industry. Our commitment to professional training is exemplified through the fact that many management employees and onsite managers possess either the Certified Property manager (CPM) designation or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). Other compliance designations are encouraged. To back this commitment, ACC pays for this important training and education for it's employees and we support and actively participate in activities of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), Chambers of Commerce and Apartment Associations. They are closely monitored by Regional Property Managers who are onsite every three to four weeks.

The Director of Property Management visits all sites on a quarterly basis Some visits are scheduled and some are unscheduled "surprise" visits. Our philosophy is a very "hands-on" approach to management.

ACC is proud of its Resident Selection Criteria. Each applicant must meet selected criteria to qualify for housing, therefore, taking the guesswork out of the manager's hands. Preliminary rejection of all applicants in reviewed by the Regional Property Manager, except those that are due to tax credit program income qualification restrictions. ACC's Compliance Manager reviews tax credit issues where there may be questions involving qualifications.
