TRAINING & SUPPORT

ACC believes in education and training. All employees are required to attend extensive training programs, developed to assist the employee to better understand their job description requirement and expectations. Entrance testing is used to measure the effectiveness of the training session. Training manuals are kept on-site for immediate access to information, management policies, forms, personnel, leasing procedures, and anything else that involves carrying out their position effectively. The training manuals are updated periodically when new forms or policies are introduced. Extensive training of all management procedures is done at the time of hire. Annual updated training is provided in current management policies and fair housing. We share a constant commitment ensuring that employees receive adequate education, to aide the employee in reaching their full potential.

Throughout the year ACC will send secret shoppers out to all the sites. These reports are used for continued training and to monitor fair housing policies. All staff members of ACC are required to know our Fair Housing Statement. Visitors to our sites are invited to ask, “What type of residents do you have?”
