ACC MANAGEMENT GROUP WELCOMES UPLANDS HOMES

ACC Management Group is very pleased to announce we have been selected to manage Uplands Homes in Sun Prairie, WI. The Uplands, an affordable housing community, is being developed as a joint venture of three nonprofit agencies: Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin, Inc., Movin' Out, Inc., and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc.

The Uplands is located on a 40-acre parcel on the east side of Sun Prairie, and is designed as a traditional neighborhood, offering smaller lots, narrower streets and a pedestrian-friendly environment. An existing 13-acre natural area will be preserved as a neighborhood focal point. The neighborhood will ultimately consist of 143 homes (40 rental) in a mix of single-family homes, twin homes, and condominiums. A portion of land in the neighborhood has been dedicated to the City of Sun Prairie for use as a city park, which will be designed with resident input about potential uses, such as community gardening.
